King bed & Full Size Futon (Sleeps 1 adult or 2 children). Gardenia EnSuite Bathroom. The only bathtub in the main house. "The Den" is over the 3 car garage. "The Rose Cottage" is fully stocked, no need to borrow anything from the main house! It has everything you should need. The Queen Master enSuite is the only room in "The Rose Cottage" with its own private bathroom. Disregard the lower left picture of the "Double Bunk Room", it now has two twin bunk beds in it. This 1930's home is 240ft from the main house. It's right in front of the pool. The living area of this home has a door and a lock that can be closed creating a third bedroom if needed.
